Return Process

  Contact our XPPen India support team via email within the eligible return period, providing your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  Technical Evaluation

  Our technical experts will conduct a remote assessment or request a short video of the device to confirm the hardware malfunction or defect.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the product in its original box including all cables, styluses, and nibs to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receiving the return, our warehouse will inspect the contents and process your full refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
